KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Build, plan, implement and manipulate the overall digital advertising approach, with a focus on surprisingly customized consumer journeys
  •  Manage, educate and lead the virtual marketing crew, making sure everyone remains abreast of the present-day nice practices, innovations, and trends
  •  Oversee present digital advertising and marketing channels and explore possibilities for leveraging new channels
  •  Measure ROI and KPIs throughout all virtual efforts
  •  Manage virtual marketing finances and make suggestions to optimize based upon performance
  •  Oversee the businesses social media money owed
  •  Measure and manipulate online content
  •  Build an inbound advertising plan to draw and interact with new Privileged Member potentialities• Research competition, investigate benchmarks and provide tips for development
  •  Work intently with internal teams to broaden digital campaign belongings and run targeted paid promotions.
  •  Collate and examine campaign performance, internet site visitors, and other virtual metrics the use of Google Analytics, search engine marketing, vendor records, and different reporting gear
  •  Continuously look for opportunities to grow, refine and improve upon our present-day virtual approach.
  •  Serve as product “champion” for Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot and make sure we completely leverage those tools to acquire organizational desires.
  •  Other duties, as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Digital Marketing Director will manage a Digital Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Associates.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  •  BA/BA diploma in advertising or equivalent required.
  •  Proven revel in as palms-on Digital Marketing expert with 7-10 years’ experience.
  •  Excellent understanding of digital advertising principles and best practices.
  •  Experience with social media, Google AdWords, e-mail campaigns, and search engine marketing/SEM.
  •  Excellent experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua, or similar tools
  •  Working know-how of advert serving equipment.
  •  Knowledge of internet analytics gear (e.G. Google Analytics).
  •  Skills and revel in innovative content writing.
  •  Some revel in the usage of Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress, SharePoint, or different visual layout and wire-framing tools.
  •  Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  •  Experience with artwork course associated with web layout.
  •  Analytical mindset and critical wondering.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  •  Excellent time control talents.
